Ingredients:
- 250g of ground pork
- 100g of finely chopped cabbage
- 50g of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 20 dumpling wrappers

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Place a dumpling wrapper on a flat surface and spoon about one tablespoon of the filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the dumpling wrapper with water, fold it in half, and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring there are no air pockets.
- Repeat the process for the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Prepare the steamer by bringing water to a boil. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer basket without overcrowding them.
- Steam the dumplings for about 4 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are translucent.
