Ingredients:

  • 500g of chicken thighs
  • 150g of pineapple chunks
  • 100g of bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ketchup, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Add chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are well-coated; let them marinate for a few minutes if time permits.
