Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 100g of raw almonds
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of spinach (optional)

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add the almond milk and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, add the raw almonds, banana, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • If desired, add spinach for extra nutrients and blend until the mixture is green and smooth.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
