Ingredients:
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- 100g of raw almonds
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of spinach (optional)

Instructions:
- In a blender, add the almond milk and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
- Next, add the raw almonds, banana, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- If desired, add spinach for extra nutrients and blend until the mixture is green and smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
