Baked Salmon with Steamed Broccoli and Sweet Potato

Ingredients:
- 2 fillets of salmon (150g each)
- 200g of broccoli florets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (200g each)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Mixing Bowl
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Toss them in a mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Spread the sweet potato cubes on a baking tray and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for about 25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- While the sweet potatoes are baking, place the salmon fillets on another baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- After the sweet potatoes have baked for 20 minutes, add the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, steam the broccoli florets until bright green and tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the baked salmon with the sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli on the side, garnished with fresh lemon slices.
