Lettuce Wraps with Spicy Chickpeas

Ingredients:
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 1 can (400g) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chickpeas are well-coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chickpeas. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the chickpeas are slightly crispy.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- To assemble, place the sautéed chickpeas onto the large lettuce leaves, folding them over as wraps. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
