Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are fine.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
