Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are fine.
  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
