Ingredients:
- 250g of 00 flour
- 150ml of water
- 5g of salt
- 2g of dried yeast
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 200g of tomato sauce
- 150g of mozzarella cheese
- 100g of prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

- Pizza stone
- Pizza peel
- Rolling pin
- Mixing bowl
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to its highest setting and place a pizza stone inside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the 00 flour, dried yeast, and salt. Gradually add the water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into two balls and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Roll out each dough ball into a thin round shape using a rolling pin.
- Transfer one rolled-out dough onto a pizza peel dusted with flour.
- Spread 100g of tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border.
- Tear mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute them over the sauce.
- Add half of the prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- Slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone in the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Repeat the process for the second pizza.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
