Pan-Seared Tuna Steak with Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:
- 2 Tuna steaks (200g each)
- 200g of sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Potato masher

- Cutting board

Instructions:
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small pieces, then boil in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are cooking, heat the grill pan over high heat and brush the tuna steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the tuna steaks on the grill pan for 1-2 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish.
- Once the sweet potatoes are tender, drain and mash them with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve the seared tuna steaks on a plate with a generous dollop of sweet potato mash on the side.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
