Ingredients:

  • 200g of chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • 200g of mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Spatula

  • Measuring Spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying them for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes until cooked through.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another minute.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
