Ingredients:
- 200g of chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 200g of mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying them for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
