Ingredients:
- 500g of chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil, allowing it to heat up.
- Season the diced chicken with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Allow it to sear without stirring for about 1-2 minutes until it develops a nice crust.
- Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
