Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 green onion (chopped)

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, paprika, and black pepper.

- Add the minced garlic and mixed nuts, stirring to combine and cook for another minute until the garlic is fragrant.
