Ingredients:

  • 200g of ground beef
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of green peas (optional)
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions:

  • In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • In a separate cooking pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and cook according to package instructions until fluffy.
  • Once the rice is ready, combine it with the beef mixture in the frying pan.
