Savory Beef Garlic Onion Rice

Ingredients:
- 200g of ground beef
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of green peas (optional)
- 2 cups of water

Instructions:
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a separate cooking pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice and cook according to package instructions until fluffy.
- Once the rice is ready, combine it with the beef mixture in the frying pan.
