Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place the slices on a baking tray, buttered side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
