Crispy Garlic Bread Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Place the slices on a baking tray, buttered side up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
