Ingredients:

  • 500g of cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 200g of cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the chicken and rice mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Finally, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the cheese layer for added crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
