Ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 100g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50g of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top the pasta with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with fresh basil.
