Ingredients:

  • 150g of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 100g of rolled oats
  • 50g of honey
  • 30g of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 scoop (30g) of protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the honey, peanut butter, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring well to incorporate everything evenly.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the tray, pressing it down firmly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing it into bars.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
