Ingredients:
- 150g of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 100g of rolled oats
- 50g of honey
- 30g of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 scoop (30g) of protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey, peanut butter, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring well to incorporate everything evenly.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the tray, pressing it down firmly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing it into bars.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
