Ingredients:
- 300g of chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50g of unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Skewers
- Mixing bowl
- Basting brush
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grease it lightly.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with melted butter while cooking, until the chicken is nicely charred and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
